Jack, from Baboudjian Properties, is a great at overseeing the property managers and has been on top of our property for many years now, and delivers on his promises! Baboudjian Properties and the entire property management department is great! I know at times Jack isn’t going to be the every day point of contact when it comes down to the operations and management of the property, but his team and staff are great and very hands on with the property management aspects of our property. I highly recommend Baboudjian Properties – they are a great team and a great property management company.

I was worried about trusting a property management company with our property’s finances, but Baboudjian Properties has been clear and precise on all their reports! The management of the property was always good, but my parents were too old to continue managing the property themselves. The building didn’t have too many issues, but as almost all apartment buildings, it needed to be managed, and thus I needed to find a good property management company. Baboudjian Properties stepped in and the management of our property has been seamless. Baboudjian Properties reports monthly to me and I relay all the info to my folks and they couldn’t be happier!
