I moved into my apartment July of 2019, and it was exactly what was advertised and at a fair price. I had absolutely no complaints about the property, every issue I had was addressed within a timely manner and resolved. However, what really pushed Baboudjian Properties over the top to where I felt it necessary to write them a review was the events of the past few months.

I needed to save money and could no longer afford my apartment, so I decided to move in with my girlfriend. However, my lease did not end until July 1 of this year, but I put in a request to vacate the apartment at the end of March.

The people at Baboudjian Properties responded to my request, told me they understood and that they were here to help in this difficult time. Not only did they waive the remainder of my lease, they refunded my security deposit in full.

They would've been well within in their rights to not only keep my deposit, they've could've made me pay at least some portion of the remaining rent on the poperty. and there wouldn't have been much I could've done about it legally. Baboudjian Properties were kind, understanding, decent, and treated me like an human being in a time of need.

This team is so wonderful! Having the right property management company is so important and often overlooked. My moms apartment complex is in a great part of LA and is honestly a beautiful building but the previous property management company had basically let it go down the drain. Nothing was ever getting done and none of the tenants were happy. My mom was always upset and hopeless that she would eventually have to move because of how it was previously managed.

The owner hired Baboudjian Properties and things turned around immediately! Within a few short weeks, they turned the properly back around to what it used to be and made sure the tenants were all happy.
