When it comes to being diligent with respect to a property, Baboudjian Properties has continued to exceed our expectations, and above and beyond, you can really tell they care! As real estate agents and ones who handle the oversight of apartment units, the management team on both sides have made the apartment building in Atwater Village we lived at a lovely experience. We were sad to leave recently when we bought a condo but very happy to have had the chance to live there for the past 5 years.

Baboudjian Properties, Inc. manages 3 properties for me in the cities of Beverly Hills, Glendale, Santa Monica. I have had 3 management companies in the past and was unhappy with all of them. Then I found Baboudjian about 3 years ago and have been with them ever since; HAPPILY! Jack the owner is a super knowledgeable person as well as a great guy all around. I usually deal with his staff and they are all superb. Once in a while when there is a very technical matter such as rent control laws or section 8 ordinance or any specific legal matter, Jack will step in and save my butt from getting in trouble. They say in order to be successful, you need a good accountant and an attorney. Well, if you want to create wealth, you need a great property management firm. Ever since I have found this company; I have had more time and confidence to pursue another investment. In fact I just entered escrow for my 4th apartment building. Once escrow closes, I will be having Jack and his team manage it for me. I am very lucky to have come across such a professional company that is responsive to all my needs and questions. Our trust that owns an apartment building in Los Angeles was in dire need of a property management company. After outgrowing our house, we decided to purchase a new family home where we could continue to grow. We decided to keep the house as a rental home and lease it out but needed assistance with finding the right tenant. We looked for a property management company to help and we finally found Baboudjian Properties. After doing a walk through of our vacant home with the team at Baboudjian Properites, we set out the price point and they went ahead and marketed the vacancy. We were relieved that during the vacancy, the property management company would deal with the influx of applications for the vacancy. Baboudjian Properties only approached us with serious applications which made the process much easier for us. We didn't have to deal with a bunch of prospective tenants/applicants for the house.

After just a short while, Baboudjian Properties found the perfect tenant for our property. It's been a year since the lease was signed and our tenants are still happy and staying put! Initially, it was pretty stressful to think about having a rental home and dealing with a vacancy but Baboudjian Properties truly made this such an easy process.
