Silva has cultivated her experience in real estate by working in the industry for nearly a decade. She is dedicated to utilizing her expertise to help clients reach and surpass their goals.

Silva ventured into the world of real estate with exposure to management, acquisition and disposition of properties. Her background in legal, management and leasing of both residential and commercial properties brings forth a knowledgeable and tactical approach in making real estate decisions.

Silva also oversees portfolios of properties at Baboudjian Properties, including the full oversight of all financial, accounting, and legal matters at the company.

Silva received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She then went on to receiving her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School. She is currently licensed to practice law in the state of California.
